Definition

Below is the general Terms & Conditions applicable for all functions. However, for any promotional offer other conditions may also apply along with the following.

Booking and Charging

  • 30% deposit along with a refundable security bond of $100 is required when you wish to confirm a booking, if not agreed otherwise. However, booking will be confirmed ONLY once you will have a confirmation from us in some means (email/sms/money receipt/function receipt).
  • The remaining payment must be paid on or before the program. The bond will be repaid to you after the program, on the same day or next.
  • Any extra guest attending the program will be charged.
  • Preferred payment type is Cash. Debit/Credit cards and bank transfer are also accepted. 2% surcharge will be applicable for Credit cards.

Cancellation: Following fees are payable

  • More than 8 weeks prior to the function: Only an administration fee of $100.00 will apply.
  • Within 4 to 8 weeks prior to the function: : 50% of the total deposit will be forfeited.
  • Within 4 weeks prior to the function: The full deposit will be forfeited– only the bond will be refunded.

Program modification and Decoration

  • You can change no. of people till one week before the program. However, only 10% decrease of booked number is accepted.
  • In case of a service/food modification, you have to contact us before two weeks prior to the program date.
  • Prior to the program, you may have some time for decoration in the same day or previous, provided the venue is not in use, and this decoration time will not be more than 2 hours.
  • Any types of adhesive tapes, sticky plastic hook is restricted to use. Only the masking tape or Blue Tac is allowed.
  • Balloon, Poster, Banner etc. nothing is allowed to attach to the wall or pillar.
  • You cannot leave Gas Balloon freely moving to the roof. These should be tied up with weight kept on table/floor.
  • Anything being done without following the instructions above may have Penalty.

Alcohol Usage Policy

  • We don’t sell, provide or serve Alcohol. We don’t have the Liquor license from NSW Food Authority.
  • You can bring your own, provided you also bring the required glasses and whatever else you need.
  • You have to assign someone who will look after the Alcohol part and will ensure that guests are not drinking to the excess limit. You are solely responsible for incidents, if any, happening from Alcohol issue.
  • Alcohol consumption must be stopped at 10.30 pm, for Dinner; or 3.30 pm for Lunch program.

Conduct

  • You are required to nominate one person to keep contact with us during the program. No communication might be expected from anyone else.
  • Make sure you take your every belonging while leaving the hall. While we will put our best effort to keep safe anything left behind as forgotten, but we cannot guarantee of securing anything left behind as we have continuous programs and continuous cleaning accordingly.

Timeframe

  • Lunch
  • Program duration for a Lunch will be 12 pm – 4.30 pm.
  • You are required to finish the program and leave the hall by 4.30 pm.
  • Staying beyond this time frame will incur extra charges which will be minimum $100 (or more) per 30 minute, with maximum allowed duration of 30 min.

 

  • Dinner
  • Program duration for a Dinner will be 6 pm – 11.30 pm.
  • You are required to finish the program and leave the hall by 11.30 pm.
  • Staying beyond this time frame will incur extra charges which will be minimum $100 (or more) per hour, with maximum allowed duration of one hour.

Damage,
Excessive mess,
Vomiting, etc

  • Any property loss, damage of anything, unauthorised use of anything, excessive mess which will require extensive cleaning, or vomiting, whether in the function room or any other part of the premises, will incur extra charges.
  • Based on the severity of the damage or loss, extra charge will be decided by Red Rose authority.
  • Depending on the situation you may even forfeit your right to get the bond refunded.

The function centre reserves the right to take any decision for any situation/issue, which is covered or not covered in above.

The function centre also reserves the right to intervene if a function’s activities are considered illegal, excessively noisy or offensive; also to remove guests attending functions from the premises for unruly behavior or showing signs of intoxication as deemed at management’s discretion.
